Telegraph: Jeddah nationals consider inviting Postkoglu to teach

June 14, the Telegraph reported that the AFC Champions League champion Jeddah nationals are considering inviting Postkoglu to coach.

59-year-old Obo was fired by Tottenham last week, but he did not disclose his next plan in his emotional farewell statement to fans. Given that he led the team to win the first trophy in 17 years while coaching Tottenham, several clubs are expected to extend olive branches to him this summer.

It is understood that if the current head coach and highly respected German young coach Yaisler leaves office, the Jeddah nationals will consider Postkoglu. Yaisler, 37, just led his team to defeat Kawasaki forward in the AFC Champions League final in May this year. The young coach is now optimistic about returning to European football. He had previously been rumored to have an affair with West Ham United coach and recently linked to Leipzig in the Bundesliga.
