talkSPORT exclusive: If Newcastle signs Sheshko, Liverpool prepares to re-conference with Isak

Hupu August 5th talkSPORT exclusively reported that if Newcastle signs RB Leipzig striker Sheshko, they are ready to formally consider the sale of Isaac.

According to reports on Monday night, the Magpie offered a new offer of £70 million, with additional terms, hoping to complete the Sheshko deal.

Previously, Newcastle United hoped that Sheshko would give a reply within 48 hours of whether she would like to join.

Last weekend, Leipzig rejected the offer of 75 million euros (about £65 million) plus 5 million euros (about £4.3 million) additional terms proposed by Eddie Howe coached.

Red Bull Leipzig ultimately rejected the offer because they insisted on paying at least £70 million in initial transfer fees, as well as future second transfer terms.

Sources told talkSPORT that Sheshko's arrival will pave the way for Isaac, who is eager to leave the team, to transfer to Liverpool, provided that the two clubs can agree on the transfer fee.

Liverpool is considering selling Darwin Nunes to fund Isaac's deal, with AC Milan and Riyadh Crescent being his suitors.

The Merseyside team will not accept Newcastle United's £150 million valuation, but they are ready to make another offer if Sheshko's transfer is confirmed.
