ESPN: Evra s MMA debut has been confirmed to be postponed, the time is not yet determined

May 9 ESPN reported that former French international and Manchester United legend Evra's MMA debut has been confirmed to be postponed.

Evra, 43, was scheduled to play her first professional mixed martial arts match in Paris on May 23, but the European Division of the Professional Fighting League (PFL) announced on Thursday that the event will be rescheduled to an undetermined date. PFL revealed that the football celebrity who hung up the boots in 2019 has been conducting fighting training under the guidance of MMA star Cedric Doombe.

Evra said: "I have trained with the world's top players for many years and they can prove that I'm ready."
