Bei Bei talks about acquiring Salford City: I am very proud, this was once the place where I grew up and lived

May 8th news Beckham and Gary Neville's new shareholder group acquired English League Two club Salford City. Beckham updated his social media updates and expressed his pride in becoming one of the shareholders of Salford City Club.

Beckham posted a photo of his past with Neville and wrote: "Salford played a very important role in my growth. This is where I train with my best partners every day, where I bought my first home, and where I live with Victoria ❤️ I am proud to be a member of the new ownership group with my friend Neville and start the next chapter of my journey to Salford 🦁Football is the core of this community and I can’t wait to see the future of Salford City.”
