Stephen Jackson: The Spurs cut me for McGrady, if I were to grab that key rebound in G6

June 3 News Recently, former NBA player Stephen Jackson talked about the Spurs on the show "All The Smoke".

Jackson said: "We lost the Western Conference Finals last year. Before the playoffs began, Bobo cut me and brought in McGrady. None of them allowed McGrady to play. If I were there, I would definitely grab that rebound from G6 (Bosh)."

On June 18, 2013, the G6 Heat defeated the Spurs 103-100 overtime in the finals. In this game, Ray Allen, who played for the Heat at the time, hit a most critical third in NBA history, helping the Heat to drag the game into overtime in the Finals G6.

The whole move was completed in one go, and the ball hit the basket hollow. In the subsequent overtime, the Heat won the game with a strong momentum and defeated the Spurs in tiebreak to defend their title.
