On September 11, according to European basketball reporter Donatas Urbanas, former Lakers player Reddish will leave the NBA and join the Lithuanian club BC Siauliai. Reddish's new contract includes an NBA jump clause and can leave the BC Siauliai at any time if he receives an NBA contract next season.

He averaged 17.8 minutes per game, scoring only 3.2 points, 2 rebounds, 0.7 assists and 1 steal, with three shooting percentages: 40.4%, 27.7%, and 61.5%. Scoring, rebounds and assists per game are the lowest in their careers.
