Team is not easy

Is it easy to team?

is very difficult. As the head coach, not only do you have to care about skills, tactics, training and competitions, but you also have to worry about the team atmosphere and the status of each player. You have to think about small things such as daily travel and training time, and your mind keeps moving every day. Sometimes when my family talks to me, my mind keeps floating around the team and the game. So this job is not only an hour or two on the training ground or on the playing field, it takes up almost all my life.

◆Is the club talking to you about what happened after the season?

The club wanted to find time to talk to me before, but I said I would wait until the game this year is over. I haven't relegated yet. If I get distracted by other things, it will be unfavorable to my current working state. In this state, I am more focused.

◆I feel that you are quite Buddhist. Starting your coaching career with such an experience, how do you evaluate the value it brings to you?

cannot be said to be Buddhist. I am more restrained, so I have always liked to take a relatively stable path and don’t like too many ups and downs. This is my preference. But sometimes I can’t help but work, and I still hope it’s simpler or more stable.

◆What kind of coach do you want to be in the end?

At this stage, I hope that my team can have more training traces or characteristics, including some pursuit of skills and tactics. But sometimes these things need to be made in reality. If you are too obsessed with your philosophy, your grades may not be too good, and I am also learning how to balance this point.
