Mourinho mourns Joje Costa’s death: I know you will tell me not to cry, I will definitely do it
August 6: Former Portuguese international and Porto general manager Joje Costa died of cardiac arrest yesterday. Mourinho, who once coached him, posted a message to commemorate him. Mourinho wrote: "I know, if you can still talk now, you will definitely say, 'Coach, stop crying, there will be games tomorrow, your children need you to cheer up and be strong.'" "I promise you, Bicho (Beast), I will do it. Rest in peace 🙏, your spirit will always be with us." In the 2003/04 season, Mourinho coached Porto to win the Champions League, and Joe Costa was one of the team.
