DeLaurentis: Want Garnacho because he is at Manchester United and will perform twice as well once he leaves

July 10th Naples chairman de Laurentis reiterated their interest in Manchester United winger Garnacho.

Naples was interested in Garnacho in January, when a £40 million offer was rejected. It is understood that Manchester United valued Garnacho more than 50 million pounds.

In DeLaurentis's view, if Garnacho leaves Old Trafford, he has the potential to take the game to new heights.

"Garnacho has speed, talent and potential, but that's not even the reason we want him."

"We want him because he's at Manchester United. Let Garnacho leave and he'll do twice as well. Manchester United has a problem that I can't explain."

Naples seeks a winger in the transfer market this summer because they sold Kvalats Helia to Paris in January. They have strengthened their roster this summer by signing De Bruyne.
