BBC: Manchester United is about to poach Crystal Palace team doctor and take over as head of sports medicine Odrisco
August 22 BBC reported that Manchester United will soon appoint Crystal Palace team doctor Imitiaz Ahmed to replace the outgoing Gary Odrisco. Earlier this year, it was reported that Odrisco would leave Manchester United, and he only joined the club as head of sports medicine in September 2023. Manchester United has selected the club's medical director candidate through a complete process and has conducted in-depth negotiations with Dr. Ahmed on the replacement of Odrisco. His official position at Crystal Palace is the Director of Sports Medicine and Science. Dr. Ahmed is expected to be officially appointed in the coming weeks. He joined Crystal Palace from Queen's Park Rangers in February 2024 and has previously served in QPR for more than seven years. Exclusive Premier League Watch is in Migu
