Reed talks about Dream Team 8: Once in training, when James performed a violent dunk, the training was stopped directly

September 11 News Recently, former NBA player Michael Reed recalled the past of the American men's basketball team "Dream Eight" in his personal podcast.

Recalling a training that was interrupted early, Reid said: "The training intensity is very strong. In one of the training sessions, LeBron (James) was very struggling, and his training performance was not as good as he had to do with himself. He was very angry. He rushed to the frontcourt in a fast break, and I switched to him. I was like, 'Wait a minute, I shouldn't defend this guy, he was too physical for me.' He rushed over with all his speed, and I was inside the opposite side. The lineman's cover was hung up, he went around and dunked, I remember he dunked on Boozer's head. Anyway, it was a powerful dunk, and then Coach K said, 'Okay, the training ends here, we can disband.' That was a phenomenal moment. But there are all kinds of moments. You'll be amazed at seeing everyone's performance behind the scenes in training every day, the athleticism shown, and the most important level of preparation."
