Knicks intends to assist Pacers assistant coach Mike Weinar, who has assisted Carlisle twice
August 4th According to Knicks reporter Ian Begley, league sources revealed that the Knicks have contacted Pacers assistant coach Mike Weinar to discuss the possibility of joining Mike Brown's coaching staff. MikeWeinar played for the Mavericks (2008-21 season) and the Pacers (2021-2025 season), and successively assisted the current Pacers coach Rick Carlisle. According to previous news, Brown signed a four-year, $40 million contract with the Knicks.
