James: The knees have improved a lot. I kept training on my upper body and also rode a static bike.

May 20th, today, Lakers forward James' podcast program "The Brain of the Field" aired in the seventh episode of the second season, with James and home guest Nash talking about many topics.

Nash first asked about James' recovery from his left knee injury. James said: "Did you see any lame here just now? As I said in the last episode, it feels much better. It's getting better. The last time we talked, I was in a bad condition, but now it's getting better."

Talking about his recovery training after the end of the season, James said: "That's the most challenging thing. Even if I can't do much lower limb training, I'm still in the strength room and still doing upper body training. The lower limb training I can do is ride a static bike so that the blood can be kept flowing and try to keep it as much as possible. Knee flexibility, but I'm not a guy who likes not to sit. I have a lot of energy, I hate sitting. Now it's almost two weeks since the end of the season, they always tell you to have a good rest, but I'm not that kind of person. I'm crazy."

When asked about the feeling of being limited in training due to injury, James said, "I feel the same way, the feeling of not being able to do training and not being able to sweat all the time is abnormal. So, as a make up, you go into the steam room, go to the sauna, sit outside. I can play with my daughter for a while, and that certainly helps. It's about trying to stay active in some form.

"Do you know? I don't do much pool training, but I think I should do that. It is certainly effective, it can completely reduce your joint weight. My daughter loves the pool so I definitely have a reason to play with her in the pool. ”
