Doncic: Sometimes you have to say something you don t want to say, but that s part of being a leader
September 24th News Recently, Slovenian men's basketball member and Lakers star Luka Doncic accepted an interview with the media and talked about his responsibilities. Doncic said that at this stage of his career, in order for his team to be as good as possible, he needs to speak out loud. "I mean, that's probably what I need to do - especially since I've seen a lot of basketball games now," Doncic said, "so I've gone through a lot - so it's kind of like, I need to do that to help people." Even if that means shouting out loud for a defensive missed person during a pause, or encouraging teammates to stand up from the bench and cheer for their teammates' good ball. " (as a leader) sometimes feels comfortable, sometimes not," he said.
