Antetokounmpo keeps an eye on the NBA draft: Bucks pick Markovic with No. 47 pick

June 27th, the second round of the NBA Draft was held today at the Barclays Center in New York.

The 17th overall pick in the second round (i.e. the 47th overall pick), the Milwaukee Bucks chose MegaBasket's Bogoljub Marković

The 2024-25 season, Markovic played 30 games, averaging 14 points, 6.9 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 0.9 steals, and 0.9 blocks, with a shooting percentage of 55.1%, and a three-point shooting percentage of 41%.

It is worth mentioning that according to Shams, team forward Giannis Antetokounmpo closely monitors the Bucks' draft tonight and the free agent market next week.
